THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our Sales Producers play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You will lead the Request For Proposal (RFP) process, analyze RFP results, work directly with Account Executive/Manager and Producer to help in serving clients by performing a variety of technical and analytical functions.
You will . . .
• Sources new business leads via networking, sales campaigns, cold calling, etc.
• Develops relationships with prospective clients
• Consults and advises clients regarding insurance needs, asset protection, and other related benefits needs.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you . . .
• hold a high school diploma/GED (college preferred)
• have at least 5+ years of related insurance sales experience within the benefits space
• are currently licensed in good standing (or are willing to obtain licensure within 6 months)
• have demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
• are computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
