Job Summary:
Internal Audit for the Americas acts as the third line of defense, independently assessing first and second line management’s effectiveness in identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling the risks of the Bank. We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the General Auditor.
• Manage calendar
• Manage meeting logistics
• Book travel
• Process expense reports and review those of team members
• Track General Auditor deliverables
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of technical and administrative experience, including experience in a large corporate environment comparable to MUFG
• Fluent in Japanese (Communicate, Read and/or Write fluently)
• Advanced personal computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphic software packages
• Ability to create formulas in spreadsheets and convert to presentation-level materials
• Ability to respond to complex inquiries requiring thorough knowledge of department policy and procedure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to review written materials for grammatical usage
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
