The North America Distribution Team of BNY Mellon Investment Management focuses on connecting with and providing solutions for diverse clients, including financial advisors, professional buyers, registered investment advisors, family office representatives and retirement specialists.
The Role:
BNY Mellon Investment Management, US Distribution, is seeking a key addition to the Digital Marketing team to manage the planning, prioritization and development of enhancements and new features for the Dreyfus websites. The Analyst will work in strong, close partnership with colleagues his/her colleagues in the business, Marketing, Digital and Information Technology teams.
S/he will report to the Head of Digital Design and Development and be responsible to:
• Gather business requirements from business users and subject matter experts, fully define and document requirements, translate into functional specifications, and perform business process and solutions design as required.
• Serve as critical liaison between the business teams and technical resources in the IT organization and at 3rd-party developers/vendors in order to provide technical solutions to meet user and business needs.
• Manage scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and coordinate bi-weekly sprints.
• Participate in and lead testing (user acceptance testing, systems testing, regression testing, etc.).
• Assist in new feature/functionality rollout and support. Monitor environment post-release and be ready to escalate if needed.
• Prepare project status reports for Senior Management; raise issues, risks and options.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with ability to work under pressure of deadlines and ever-shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with particular emphasis on the production of clear and detailed written Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.
• Ability to work independently (self-motivated) and with a distributed team (i.e., physically located in other regions).
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with business and technology partners;
• Highly organized and results/deadline-driven

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / Content Management Systems (CMS)
• At least 5 years of experience of digital/technology project management work
• Experience in web design/information architecture best practices
• Must have experience with Agile software development / JIRA Administration
• Prior experience working in a collaborative environment with other front-end developers, back-end developers and project managers
