• · Initiate Corporate wires and ACH’s daily locally and internationally.
• · Communicate daily with AP department to post the daily wires in the financial system.
• · Familiar with foreign exchange transactions.
• · Check positive pay exceptions daily of bank accounts among multiple banking institutions (as assigned).
• · Handle high volume of monthly bank reconciliations and other accounts for clients.
• · Knowledge of escheatment process and requirements, and filing the yearly reports with all states, using Tracker System.
• · Be able to work in a fast pace environment and handle multiple projects.
• · Excellent verbal, writing and analytical skills.
• · Must have 4 years’ experience or more.
