Project Management Process Analyst, AVP
Job Summary
The Project Management Process Analyst will help drive execution through designing, developing, and improving MUFG internal project management processes.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain standards and operational procedure documents for the IT Project Management Process
• Collaborate with Project Reporting and Project Quality teams to validate alignment with the project management processes
• Work with technology partners to gather requirements and assist in documenting new processes and procedures to ensure alignment with project management practices
• Provide functional and process expertise to assist training team to develop training materials
• Identify new approaches and solutions to the current project management process and design, develop and implement the changes
• Participate in the effort and work with multi-discipline partners to develop Agile/Iterative methodology
• Provide leadership and direction either as a member or leader of a team
Qualifications
• Approx. 2-5 years’ experience in business process analysis in operation/operation planning or project role.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively between IT and non IT users.
• Ability to deliver solutions including both system function and non-system supported manual procedures
• Ability to lead related parties with different interests to reasonable consensus.
• Roll-up the sleeves, positive can-do attitude required.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and process mapping skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft SharePoint
• Ability to see the big picture, understand project objectives and be able to apply understanding of how processes should work
