Job Description
***THE POSITION CAN BE BASED OUT OF ORANGE, CA, MOBERLY, MO OR PHILADELPHIA, PA LOCATIONS***
The Operations Specialist- Title works together with Operations and Sales to ensure we are complying with state laws and that the title is perfected, and LEAF is secured for the titled vehicle. The Operations Specialist will work with DMV in various states to ensure our Title is correct/accurate. The principal focus is to keep our assets protected.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage transactional review:
1. Conduct a timely review of titled requests for new transactions
2. Determine who will handle titling of the asset (Vendor/LEAF/Customer), and coordinate title situations as needed.
3. Assist in document preparation, including but not limited to customer documents, vendor documents, DMV applications, as needed.
4. Contact Customer/Vendor/Insurance agent to follow-up on documents, or credit conditions as needed.
5. Review of incoming documentation, including customer documents, vendor documents, Title/MSO, insurance certificate.
6. Monitor and follow-up on pending titles to ensure we receive perfected original title.
7. Order equipment inspections as needed.
8. Provide weekly updates on pending title status
9. Coordinate resolution of title issues as necessary.
10. Assist operations department with month end tasks as needed.
11. Work with credit and asset management as needed.
12. Assist department manager in training and development of new employees on titled transactions.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Strong PC proficiency using MS Office.
• Proficiency with IDS systems (preferred)
• Strong writing skills, sending emails to internal users, end-user customers, vendors, and dealers
• Strong phone skills
• Time management to multitask responsibilities
• Knowledge of lease documentation requirements.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, interest, and commissions. Knowledge of HP17B or HP12C and T-Value is preferred.

• Ability to work in face paced environment
• Ability to communicate/build relationships with people
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures from State DMV requirements
