Overview
Responsible for providing an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by ensuring every customer receives industry leading service. Embraces, promotes and is accountable for delivering and coaching others on Fulton's superior customer experience program. Proficient in all Banking and Compliance Regulations and bank products. Provides expertise and guidance with all Financial Center staff with regards to operational procedures, risk, compliance and products and services. Supports and contributes to the sales initiatives at the branch level. Meets individual customer experience and sales goals and accountabilities. Responsible for Financial Center audit compliance while working collaboratively with Teller Supervisor, if applicable, Financial Center Manager and Consumer Operations Specialist.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties
• Coordinates and oversees the daily operational activities of the Financial Center. Works collaboratively with management, Teller Supervisor, if applicable, to contribute to the efficient operations of the Financial Center. Recommends and implements consistent best practices. Responsible for branch audit compliance. Takes a leadership role and serves as a liaison with the Consumer Operations Specialist in ensuring Financial Center’s compliance to operational and security policies and procedures and all risk management.
• Utilize the fundamentals of our Sales Process and Customer Experience in order to successfully follow a structured approach to customer on-boarding, expanding and retaining existing relationships and identifying referrals for all bank products including loans. Can serve as an escalation point for customer feedback to ensure a positive experience. Leads effective problem resolution. Provides sales and operational support and training for less experienced team members in conjunction with the Financial Center Manger and Teller Supervisor, if applicable, in order to maximize sales opportunities. Supports the training and on-boarding process for new employees.
• Participates in all staffing decisions, interviews, work schedules, promotions, hiring, cross training, and assignments of responsibilities to ensure the right people are available to meet customers' needs. Assists in the engagement and monitoring of individuals' performance to standards or goals, providing timely formal and informal performance feedback to employees.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education
Associate Degree or equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or Equivalent. (Preferred)
Experience
1 or more years Banking or related experience (in addition to education). (Preferred)
3 or more years Banking experience (with high school degree). (Preferred)
6 to 12 months Supervisory experience. (Preferred)
