The main responsibility will be to develop new business for the TMF Capital Markets teams, with a focus on USA delivery.
• Building new business pipelines.
◦ Set-up and attend (new and existing) client meetings
◦ Relationship Management of existing client and cross selling TMFs Global Services
◦ Attend seminar and conferences
◦ Participate in discussion panels
◦ Supports and develops strategic client or partnerships
• Assess opportunities, discuss roles and responsibilities (with clients and service delivery teams within TMF)
• Create proposals for clients, working with the delivery teams to scope out and price our services and respond to each client’s specific needs
• Develop and maintain a network of prospects, intermediaries and feeders that will enable a strong, consistent pipeline for conversion into sales.
• Manage the contact to contract sales process efficiently and effectively, with transparency
• Keep track of new Structured Finance and Capital Markets developments and regulations and anticipate changes in the
• Work simultaneously with local MD and other TMF team members to develop new products and support marketing initiatives to help generate demand

• Deep experience / understanding of; SPV administration, Trustee Services and Agency/Specialised Services
• Proven track record of business development in Equity, Debt or Loan markets
