We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our Dallas office. This individual is committed to providing premier client service while performing a wide variety of work assignments in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and provide concierge-class services to all visitors, including having information readily available regarding firm-wide facilities and services.
• Answers calls in a professional manner, answering questions and routing calls accordingly.
• Review upcoming events and become thoroughly familiar with the day's scheduled activities and scheduled guests.
• Responsible for the appearance and pre-meeting details of every conference room.
• Basic familiarity with and ability to troubleshoot technology in conference rooms.
• Proactively resolve issues or report issues to appropriate contact, and initiate maintenance requests with building management.
• Responsible for the overall appearance of the office to include performing daily checks and walk-throughs to ensure compliance with space protocols, supply maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Coordinates various internal and external office events
• Maintain the break room area, to include stocking the refrigerator
• Assist with client correspondence preparation
• Maintain office supply inventory
Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Superior client service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Consistent punctuality and dependability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to operate a multi-line phone system
• PC proficient with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
