Profile Summary
Voya is looking for a Communications Specialist to work in the Employee Benefits business unit in Downtown Minneapolis. This role will be responsible for preparing custom product material for clients and coordinating their distribution.
Profile Description
• Combines technical and business knowledge to analyze, customize and implement Group, Voluntary and Compass product enrollment materials.
• Responsible for maintaining the Employee Benefits (EB) forms library, which includes working with internal partners to create and update EB business documentation.
• Partners with the Document Management Center to ensure timely and accurate production of enrollment materials.
• Manages the customization and approval process to ensure regulatory guidelines are being met in conjunction with the Marketing and Compliance departments.
• Participates in partnering with other business areas on specially assigned projects, including product related initiatives.
• Performs amendment set-up and distribution, creates Service Guarantees and completes other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience
• 1+ year of experience working in business communications
• Degree in communications is strongly preferred
