Moss Adams is a fast moving, forward thinking organization and we are looking for a Human Resources Senior (generalist) to be a part of our Consulting HR team. This position is responsible for assisting in the planning, organization, development and implementation of our people strategies.
The HR Senior will execute their responsibilities in accordance with firm policy and provide proactive insight, guidance and support to the firm’s partner group and employees, helping to make Moss Adams an employer of choice.
Responsibilities:
• Works at the direction of the HR Manager and leadership to design and implement people strategies that align with business strategy
• Works to maintain Moss Adams’ employer of choice status by connecting with employees, identifying and surfacing employee and organizational issues, addressing concerns and providing HR thought leadership and support for employees located in many offices across the firm
• Collaborates with HR Manager and leadership to drive people activities and projects such as engagement survey follow up, goal setting, performance management, employee learning and career development and other projects based on client needs
• Responds to employee inquiries and provides guidance on firm and office/group policies and processes
• Collaborates with HR Team, National Office and People Team contacts to carry out assignments
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive responsibility in human resources and/or employee engagement
• Ability to interact with people at all levels and develop rapport with individuals in different office locations; experience with supporting virtual clients preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service orientation
• Excellent project management and organizational skills to manage numerous projects and work processes and client requests simultaneously
• Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential material and sensitive situations in a reliable manner
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS preferred; specifically with Taleo and UltiPro
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness and ability to travel to various office locations as needed
