Job Description Summary:
The PM Front Office Supervisor is to oversee the operation of the Front Office ensuring the highest levels of guest service. The PM Supervisor settles guest problems and is empowered to act in the absence of a manager. The PM Supervisor also maintains Graduate Berkeley service standards and develops inter-departmental relationships.
Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
v High school graduate or equivalent.
v Two years of college preferred.
v Two years experience in front desk or reservations.
v One year supervisory experience
v Computer proficiency.
v Advanced knowledge of Front Office computer systems including the ability to solve basic system related problems.
