Our Enterprise Technology Strategy and Innovation (ETS&I) practice consists of Enterprise Technology Strategy, Information Technology Service Management, Digital Innovation and Delivery, and Technology Resource Effectiveness
Position Summary:
This is a Strategic Consulting Technology Director position within our Enterprise Technology Strategy and Innovation service line where we are focused on delivering strategic IT engagements, supporting and delivering service management capabilities, executing large scale transformation projects, optimizing resource effectiveness, and helping our clients ideate and execute digital transformations.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Translating business strategies and initiatives into an IT agenda and driving execution against the agenda
• Creating, socializing and evolving strategic technology roadmaps
• Understanding technology solutions for the storage and manipulation of data as well as application functionality
• Holding end to end accountability for making the IT service chain work including applications, infrastructure, and service
• Ensuring consistent delivery on schedule, on cost, on scope, on benefit and within quality goals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science preferred or STEM related field.
• 6 - 10 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
• Broad technology experience, including complex systems integration, infrastructure expertise and enterprise data
• Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to meet business objectives
• Proven ability to understand business operating workflows and translate them (and the business strategy) into an IT agenda
• Proven ability to understand system architecture with a focus on scalability and efficiency
• Experience with Enterprise Strategy, Enterprise Operations, IT Service Management, IT Integration, or Enterprise Architecture including cloud capabilities
• Experience in an Agile environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Prior relevant consulting experience required
• Experience with Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work additional hours and/or travel 50-70%
