Fitch Solutions (FS) is seeking a Lead Management Associate to coordinate all aspects of sales and marketing lead management, and build/optimize processes to support efficient lead assignment and increased lead conversion. The successful candidate will have experience with CRM and marketing automation programs, building and supporting dashboards and other lead management reporting, and managing feedback, training, and system adoption.
This individual will perform ad-hoc requests and oversee defined projects to ensure implementation of marketing automation best practices, and capture feedback for platform and process enhancements. Document and perform training for leads reporting and dashboard creation. They will ensure that issues identified across regional Sales teams are addressed and documented in a timely manner, prioritized on the CRM development team roadmap, and that Sales have the right training and processes to make the best use of the marketing automation platforms.
Operational Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure systematic capture of all leads from major sources into Leads Management System
• Leverage necessary marketing resources and salesforce tools to enrich leads with additional information and contact details
• Manage the process for qualification of leads in collaboration with sales operations
• Proactively identify areas for improvement in the lead management, qualification, and assignment processes
• Evaluate leads reporting on a regular basis to help inform changes and drive the best possible results in leads capture, enrichment and qualification
• Refine CRM features to improve sales adoption of Salesforce in collaboration with sales ops
Management Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage leads process update requirements from stakeholders, and serve as the central point of contact for requirements gathering
• Partner with CRM development team to execute changes and updates which will benefit the Sales team
• Oversee tracking, management, and coordination of all leads-related projects
• Provide and document training for Sales on leads process, reporting and dashboards
• Regularly evaluate leads reporting to help inform changes and drive the best possible results
• Serve as the central point of contact for all lead-related questions and inquiries
• Aggregate all feedback from stakeholders on leads process and use to drive updates and development
• Work with Sales and regional Sales managers to ensure adoption of process changes and best practices
• Ensure internal stakeholders have optimal experience with lead management platforms
Qualifications
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems; Salesforce.com and Marketo are preferable
• Strong organizational and project management skills; proactive and self-starter
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with, and manage diverse requirement sets from multiple internal stakeholders
• Capacity to think critically, using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current state, and various proposed changes
• Understanding of financial services industry – preferably working in a financial services vendor/customer environment a plus
• Bachelors’ degree required – marketing, communications, computer science or related fields preferred; graduate degree a plus
