Summary
The Pinnacle Team, an established financial services practice with Thrivent Financial, is looking to grow and expand their team with a full-time Client Service Professional in their Antigo, WI location. This team takes a customized approach to helping their members by analyzing their current situation, developing in-depth financial programs, and implementing an integrated financial strategy.

Position Summary
You will be counted on as a key member of the team, and accountable for the day-to-day administrative support to the Pinnacle Team. You will be responsible for: overall calendar management – scheduling and confirming of client appointments, preparing for client meetings, transactional service work, event and workshop coordination, all while focusing on the client experience and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, have an eye for detail, and exceptional communication skills. The Client Service Professional is employed by the Pinnacle Team. Medical benefits are not provided by Thrivent Financial.
Position Responsibilities/Qualifications
• Demonstrated 3+ yrs office experience desired.
• You will be the first point of contact for members/clients – in-person and phone – you have a knack in building and cultivating relationships.
• Must have strong computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data-base Salesforce (or similar, desired).
• You will help support the marketing/event planning for the team, which includes: help in creating a marketing strategy, planning workshops and events, logistical details (vendors, locations, food, invites, RSVP tracking and management).
• Adeptness to quickly learn the client service model (processes, next steps, follow-up) and ability to streamline and create efficiencies.
◦ Assist team in the preparation and follow-up for the member/customer meetings
◦ Complete member service and new business forms, document actions taken and ensure processing
• Transactional service work to keep the day-to-day client activity and operations of the practice moving forward
◦ Consistently and accurately document sensitive and confidential communications
• Understanding of our products and services and Thrivent Financial.
• This role will provide a path for growth and development and the opportunity to obtain Insurance and Securities Licenses (Series 7 & 66).
