A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
• Partner with subject matter experts to create documentation related to various technology and operational projects
• Assist in developing and maintaining policies, procedures and process maps across valuations business units
• Provide weekly status reports to Sr. Managment on project pipeline, highlighting any risk to the established deadlines
• Work across all business units to ensure timely receipt of deliverables required to meet roject deadlines
• Provide operational support to the business leaders through reporting, data analysis, and document generation
• Prepare internal tracking documents related to audits and operational support
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, memo, and training material
• Coordinate and organize small to mid scale group events
• Create & effectively manage organizational charts, SOP Templates, Project Plans, and other operational support activities
• Assist with creating training material through collecting and documenting current behavior
• Complete time & process studies to prove out a projecs intended ROI
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
You possess …
• Proven aptitude to learn quickly and handle a fast-paced, fluid workload
• The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years experience assisting operational and technology projects across multiple business lines
• General understanding of legal documents; Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, General Addendum, etc.
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Moderate understanding of basic financial principles
• Demonstrate cooperative, professional, diplomatic behavior in all interactions
• Self-motivated, and work well independently as well as part of a team
