Position Summary:
The Account Management Manager manages insurance business activities for property and casualty, employee benefits, bond or professional relationships in designated area with responsibility for achieving sales, retention and budget goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops account management strategy, goals and objectives, in coordination with executive management, and approves sales goals and polices that will ensure revenue and profitability goals for assigned area are met.
• Manages assigned staff (Account Managers/Executives), establishing individual goals and evaluating results.
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 or more years related professional work experience.

• Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
