Description
Performs a wide range of administrative duties, coordinating information within the Consumer Lending and Small Business Banking departments for various staff, executives or teams. Responsible for the organization of department files and communication of pertinent information to the proper individuals. Requires secretarial skills, ability to organize and coordinate many tasks, ability to prioritize daily tasks, and a friendly and courteous phone personality.
Key Accountabilities:
• Handles incoming calls and directs message(s) to proper individuals.
• Makes meeting reservations for department personnel and groups.
• Greets vendors & visitors.
• Monitor and maintain schedules, appointments and due dates.
• Types and distributes correspondence for department personnel.
• Create emails, memos, letters, presentations and worksheets for various department and management correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Maintains department files and records, worksheets, and systems.
• Monitor and order department supplies.
• Contribute to business projects and initiatives providing input and support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• 3 – 5 years of Administrative Experience
• Prior experience supporting various management levels & prioritize tasks & deliverables
• Proficient computer knowledge with MS Office Suite, email & Outlook
• Strong verbal & writing skills
• Customer focus in dealing with all levels of employees and visitors
• Maintain confidentiality
