As a member of the enterprise marketing team, the Email Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, reporting and optimization of marketing programs for assigned business units (consumer, business, transaction banking, corporate/wholesale banking, and internal regulatory/compliance groups.) The ideal candidate has a data-driven analytical mindset, a passion for understanding the customer journey and hands-on experience with email marketing.

Major Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing email campaigns designed to drive deeper customer relationships and engagement
• Develop and execute automated email campaigns and real-time messaging designed to align with stakeholder needs and requirements
• Manage and maintain business units existing collateral and oversee the development of new creative.
• Collaborate with creative team on design, copy and email messaging; become a brand champion across all communications
• Coordinate efforts of multiple functional areas, monitor progress and make recommendations on work flow and timeliness to achieve completion of approved marketing programs in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner.
• Work with appropriate areas to monitor, analyze and enhance efficiency and performance of assigned projects and marketing programs on an on-going basis.
• Forge close and strategic partnerships with multiple internal groups, including assigned business stakeholders, legal, compliance, product and operations.
• Manage template layouts, content management, and data dependencies
• Ensure all programs have established reporting, KPIs and connection to business impact
• Manage campaign calendar and communicate with internal stakeholders regarding timing, scope, and costs
• Manage day-to-day vendor contact for matters related to email service provider. Oversee ongoing risk management, Service Level Agreement adherence and vendor performance
Qualifications
Education, Licensure, Year of Experience (and type of work experience):
• Requires 3+ years of email marketing experience, preferably with testing and automation experience.
• Financial Services experience is preferred Strong knowledge of at least one top-tier email service provider like Responsys/Oracle, Epsilon/Harmony or Exact Target/Salesforce
• High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
• Experience working with creative development teams (internal and external.)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and efficient manner.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence others and achieve business outcomes on time and within budget
