Dedicated role to manage the execution of program management activities for the overall culture-shaping efforts.
Culture Planning & Management:
• Manages the calendar for our all culture related activities with a focus on awareness, practice, and feedback
• Work directly with HR and business leaders to determine individuals to attend the sessions
• Verifies alignment and progress
• Manages the “culture” budget to bring cultural values into the organization
• Supports the development of regular status updates/reports for the CLT and HRLT
Culture Messaging
• Thought leadership and promotion of cultural messaging throughout the organization
• Leads the production of culture events, campaigns, signage, etc…
• Provides leaders with templates to communicate within their own teams
• Partners closely with CX function to align cultural attributes with customer outcomes
• Works to combine strategic priority messaging with cultural attributes
Culture Crew Leadership
• Leads focus/activity cascade for all Culture Crew members and related activities
Culture Expert to Senior Leadership:
• Ability to partner with each leader to do full diagnostics for every team and ongoing measures
• Be available to provide actionable counsel as needed-especially for leaders taking on new assignments or joining the organization
HR Partnership:
• Works with HR on employee listening (survey) management
• People analytics to measure impact of culture change initiatives and employee outcomes (attrition, advocacy, productivity, etc…)
Culture Expertise:
• Learns best practices used throughout AIG and the rest of corporate America (think the best companies like Netflix, Google, Facebook, and USAA for culture)
• Industry though leader and recognized as such by peers
