Description
Loan Grade Risk Analyst Zions Bancorporation is currently hiring a Loan Grade Risk Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to be:
• Provide quality control of multi-dimensional modeling risk grading for commercial loans of all sizes and types to commercial, agricultural, dealer, leasing and private services personnel.
• Assists field personnel in proper structuring of grading, source system data matching and exception clearing.
• Based on analysis, make recommendations and course of action to take with regards to loan risk grading.
• Works with the central risk grading team to assist field commercial lending personnel with assessing the risk inherent in commercial loan transactions.
• Create new grading scenarios and update existing scenarios already in the system to resolve data mismatches between the risk grading application and the loan system where the loan is boarded.
• Provides grading of all loan types including commercial and industrial credits, commercial real estate, dealer flooring, leasing, non-profit, agricultural and individual borrowers (including reliant guarantor grading).
• Interact with lending personnel and credit administration across the enterprise. • Develop and maintain reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Requires a Bachelor’s in business, finance, accounting or a related field
• 2+ years with credit analysis, data bases, risk analysis, statistical modeling and general commercial type lending or other directly related experience.
• A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Working knowledge of credit analysis, credit risk assessment, statistical modeling, accounting, spreadsheets, databases, statistical software and pc's.
• Knowledge of commercial type lending or loans.
• Ability to utilize statistical models to present business solutions.
• Ability to work with various department and vendors.
• Must have solid analytical, customer service and communication, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of report writing and lending systems.
