Job Description Summary
Under general supervision, performs a variety of bookkeeping functions.
Responsibilities
• Collect, verify and enter daily fund prices from external sources.
• Review and process prices after they are entered in the pricing system.
• Communicate with internal and external resources when pricing data is late.
• Reconciles multiple accounts from one or more accounting based systems at appropriate timeframes (daily, monthly and annually).
• Identifies and resolves out of balance accounts.
• Creates, Modifies or maintain spreadsheets.
• Identifies where information is located and compiles back-up or research information for analysis by others.
• Enters information into computer system(s) and reviews for accuracy.
• Resolves some non-routine problems and questions; understands when to bring issues to a higher authority.
• Completes miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
• Accounting principles required
Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to meet deadlines, work effectively individually or with a team.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, customer service approach.
Behavioral & Leadership Competencies
• Detail-oriented, accurate; ability to easily move from one computer system to another.

Working Conditions
• Fast paced office environment.
• Requires a flexible evening schedule; generally, 12:30pm-9pm Mon-Fri. (NOTE: 9pm is an estimate, time varies depending on availability of source data).
