We are presently looking for an Escrow Administrator in our Rosemont, ILlocation.
As an Escrow Administrator, primary responsibilities may include:
• Answer and address inbound escrow calls and emails from customers in a professional manner.
• Update and/or review customer tax and insurance bills/invoices.
• Ensure proper file maintenance on customer loans.
• Document customer interactions and capture data in the loan processing system.
• Process annual escrow analysis.
• Disburse tax payments to appropriate taxing authorities.
• Disburse insurance premiums to appropriate insurance companies.
• Take ultimate accountability for the achievement of goals set forth by management.
• Maintain and improve quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
• Meet required timelines of CFPB.
• Perform other tasks as assigned/needed.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment).
• Knowledge of Mortgage / Bank Lending preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict timelines and attention to detail.
• Strong written and communication skills to communicate with all levels of management required.
