New York Life’s Service Organization is hiring a Service Site Coordinator for its local Service Center office. The Service Organization strives to provide best in class service by making every service experience a positive one. It is the hallmark of what we do and how we keep good going. We are looking for a customer- focused, accountable, efficient and engaged professional who is dedicated to and guided by a commitment to service excellence.
This position will provide support through facilities management and operational duties. The position will be site specific and a portion of their work will benefit the site as a whole. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling site office maintenance requests, vendor invoice management, payroll / attendance management, procurement card reconciliations, supply management, coordinating visitations, meeting logistics, general reporting and acting as a brand ambassador and face of NYL to guests and visitors. This position may also assist with customer related operational tasks such as pulling and summarizing interactions. They will handle events such as promotion and various celebrations.

• ad hoc manual reporting/data entry

• call summaries/exports
Qualifications:
• Associates, or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience
• High school diploma, or GED (required)
• A minimum of 1 year of related experience (required)
• Must possess intermediate / advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
• Able to multi-task between various responsibilities quickly and accurately, with a positive attitude and a desire to help.
• Problem Solving: Learns from previous experience or observations to be more proactive and efficient moving forward.
• Communication Skills: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Interacts with multiple levels in the company to coordinate events and provide proper support. Also interacts with vendors and external customers to solve for NYL's maintenance requests.
