Position Overview
The role of TM Support Specialist is primarily to service TM customers, both internal and external. Various types of maintenance requests are also processed by these individuals. Individuals in this position are required to become experts within the Treasury Management field in order to timely service customer’s needs.
• Service internal and external Treasury Management customers via telephone and workflow system.
• Process various maintenance requests.
• Resolve product issues.
• Prepare product documentation and implement additional accounts and services for customers.
• Resolves routine, standard problems
• Applies comprehensive concepts within field
• Follows standard practices & procedures
• Limited scope conforming to closely established procedures
Qualifications
• 0-3 years Experience
• Associates Degree or equivalent
• CTP or AAP a plus
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to organize and multi-task in fast paced environment, using multiple applications/systems.
• Previous banking and Treasury Management experience a plus.
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Department hours are extended, which may require early or late schedules.
