Key Focus
Lead sales support administrators and sales process support associates in their daily activities. Ensure consistent and effective workflow and communication between RPS Field and support staff and efficient overall operation of the proposal and support functions.
Responsibilities
Oversee Sales support staff:
• Manage and make recommendations on appropriate staffing levels, training and development
• Allocate and monitor work of sales administrators and sales process support staff to assure the attainment of department goals and objectives
• Direct team on daily activities required to support and assist the Retirement Plan Services Sales teams on administrative support and maintenance of CRM data integrity.
• Develop and monitor metrics and feedback to gauge customer
• Develop and implement strategies for managing data integrity within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications,
• Assess and collaborate with Sales CRM team to implement solutions for CRM data integrity issues
• Proactively Identify and work with Retirement Plan Services Sales teams to develop and implement processes for preventing data issues
Partner with MPBS to administrative functions:
• Refine staffing model to move support functions to MPBS staff
• Roll out new administrative support functions to MPBS
• Monitor progress and staffing needs
Recommended Experience
• College degree required
• 5 years of industry experience
Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent understanding of the business unit, including products, service, and systems
• Creative problem-solving skills and analytical ability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both verbal and written communication
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload
• Work well independently or on a team basis, as situation dictates
• Strong presentation and training skills
