Requirements
Associate's Degree, plus one to two years of clerical office experience; or four years of clerical office experience.
Job Description
SUMMARY Reconcile internal control accounts, transmit/distribute proxies, file litigations, image signature guarantees, and help with trust filing. Cross-train in multiple positions and/or job functions. Will interact with Trust Personnel on a daily basis and must present professionalism at all times. Must possess problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and be able to meet deadlines.

CLERICAL SKILLS
Ability to complete basic bookkeeping functions.
Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
Ability to learn software programs.
Ability to handle detailed work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle reconcilement duties.
Must be able to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proxy Transmission/Distribution.
Setting up clients with TrustLink Access (I.D. and password).
Daily Reconciling of internal control accounts.
Vault Log (logging assets into vault).
Filing Litigations on behalf of WesBanco clients.
Signature Guarantee Imaging to keep for future record and documentation for audits.
Trust Filing -- logging files in and out of Trust Operations. Filing documents.
Cross-train in other department duties with an emphasis on Securities Processing.
May from time to time be assigned other job duties or responsibilities without prior notice.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds.
