Job Summary:
Managers coordinate and administer the department's casework and projects, develop and implement department policies and procedures, and provide surveillance and investigative guidance to the staff and leadership within the Market Surveillance group. Managers represent the department at policy or information sharing meetings with other Exchange Departments, interact with other regulatory bodies, and independently and professionally handle a wide variety of regulatory questions/complaints from internal and external sources.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Manage & educate direct reports.
• Resolve market impacting events.
• Work with other Exchange Departments.
• Work with other internal Market Regulation teams.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of related experience
