The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of specific accounts at the direction of the Account Executive and/or Producer. This position requires direct interaction with clients, Account Executives, Producers, insurance companies, finance companies and various departments within the HUB organization.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma
Specific skills and abilities needed:
Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with various software programs. Must have strong communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills along with an attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Issue auto ID cards
2. Issue Certificates and Evidence of Property
3. Issue Binders
4. Order Loss Runs
5. Enter loss run information
6. Order MVRs
7. Order E Mods
8. Process change requests – suspense and follow up, check and scan when received
9. Cancellations
10. Mail
11. Audits – including checking rates, ordering worksheets and invoicing
12. Updating TAM once policy is bound (update future app and pull over to current)
13. Process New Business and Renewals
• Set up/Update billing screen
• Scan and put all correspondence into paperless file
• Email signed forms to carrier
• Invoice
1. General scanning
2. Preparing policies to be delivered
3. Phone back up
4. Reconciling fleet schedules
5. Preparing tabs for proposals
6. Agent of record letters
7. Back up A/E
8. Finance agreement quotes
9. Renewal of OCP, Builders’ Risk, and Flood policies
10. Assist as needed with various projects
