Responsibilities
Under close supervision, maintains and analyzes various types of compensation information. Assist in the analyses and implementation of broad-based compensation programs.
• Assist in the administration of the salary administration program
• Evaluate positions using market pricing methodology
• Participate in salary surveys
• Audit the exemption status of job descriptions
• Prepare adhoc reports of compensation data upon request
Qualifications
• Some College/Associates Degree or equivalent formal education
• One to three years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
