Description
We are adding a Lending Credit Administration Specialist to our staff at Barrington Bank & Trust.
Key Accountabilities:
• Loan Servicing/Covenant Compliance including updating Moody’s with new information received, sending out servicing requests, drafting memos and calculating delinquency ratios
• Loan Advances and Pay downs including preparing credit notations, completing General Ledger (GL) tickets, sending out checks and adding information to payouts spreadsheet
• Completion of Closing Procedures
• Prepping and scanning loan servicing and other new information into TREEV
• Insurance certificate requests
• Monthly invoicing including processing checks for loan payments, preparing GL tickets, FASB fees in Metavante Loan System and sending out new invoices for reimbursable expenses
• Preparation of Lead Letters, Lost Deal Procedures, Denial Letters, Escrow Account Letters and Conversion/Extension Letters
• Maintain Marketing Mailing List
• Paid Loan Procedures
• Assist with maintaining Community Advantage CRM Clients and Pipeline Report
• Monitoring of default customers including requesting information, calculating delinquencies and updating memos/letters
• Perform credit analysis (RACs / Delinquencies) and proposals for prospective customers
• Preparation and review of Credit Committee Presentations
• Prepare Loan Proposal Letters, Commitment Letters, or Adverse Action Notices
• Prepare and review Automated Clearing House (ACH) credit presentations
• Assist with any projects as needed
Qualifications
• College degree is preferred
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook, along with ability to learn new programs
• Demonstrated attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task
• Previous banking and/or administrative support experience preferred
