We are seeking an energetic, motivated and experienced graphic designer to join JLL’s marketing team in Downtown Los Angeles. Primary responsibilities include supporting marketing and business development initiatives, local and regional integrated marketing campaigns and strengthening the JLL brand. There will be ample opportunity for professional growth as we encourage creative solutions by leveraging the newest technologies and design trends. This position will report to the Creative Director – Southwest Region.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Produce JLL branded and custom marketing materials to promote JLL property listings, including but not limited to: brochures, booklets, flyers, e-blasts, websites, proposals, new business presentations, invitations, and signage
• Create templates for marketing campaigns using JLL brand guidelines
• Develop creative and impactful presentation materials using existing and cutting-edge technology
• Lay out research-based information, such as market reports and newsletters; infographics, statistical graphs, charts and tables; white papers, and PowerPoint
• Design, code and edit e-blasts and websites
• Act as ambassador of the JLL brand and visual graphic standards and help maintain consistency in all pitches, proposals and marketing materials
• Provide exceptional client service
• Take full ownership as project manager of all assigned projects
• Stay abreast of JLL supported technology for property marketing and business development efforts, as relevant for the business and its subject matter experts
• Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design/Visual Communications or Marketing
• 1-2 years of graphic design experience in a corporate environment
• Advanced Design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus but not required
• Quick learner and advocate of new media, trends and technologies
• Print production knowledge a must
• Dreamweaver and/or HTML experience required
• Knowledge of website design platforms, such as Weebly or Muse is a plus
• Motion graphics and video production and editing experience a plus
• Committed to creating quality work product
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven, team environment
• Highly organized with a focus on customer service
• Ability to multitask with great time management skills
• Hungry to learn
