IPS Business & Operations Analyst
We are currently seeking a Business & Operations Analyst to join the Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team within JLL’s national Markets organization.Within Markets, IPS is a driving force in business development and the pursuit of multi-market, multi-service, corporate account opportunities. IPS is recognized by JLL brokers as a proven partner to win, retain and grow their corporate account relationships, and repeatedly demonstrates a unique ability as a connector across the JLL services platform, driving the highest levels of collaboration by assembling the “best team on the field” for every pursuit. IPS is also a driver for innovation within JLL, constantly pushing the envelope in developing new tools and products to add value to our client relationships, as well as a leader in the research, development and implementation of best practices, consistently raising the standard of JLL’s account management service delivery. The IPS Business & Operations Analyst will play a key role in the administration and delivery of IPS services within the national Markets organization, assuming a broad array of duties and responsibilities that will constantly challenge the selected candidate. Preferred location for this position is in Chicago.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Markets IPS regional business development leads on opportunities, pursuits and internal initiatives
• Develop revenue analyses, financial models and reports from client portfolio data to aid with staffing and pricing recommendations on BD proposals
• Research various data sources and develop lists to profile, target and pursue IPS prospects
• Monitor Markets IPS wins & losses, collect and manage pursuit intelligence data
• Monitor Markets IPS opportunities and pursuits, maintain CRM updates and reporting
• Support quarterly Markets IPS reporting process, reconcile quarterly Markets IPS revenue reports, produce quarterly Markets IPS performance dashboards
• Coordinate requests and delivery of tools & technology between account leads and dedicated IT & BI business partners, review and ensure data readiness in requests to expedite delivery
• Track Markets IPS clients and manage ongoing maintenance of IPS accounts database
• Support Markets IPS account expansion initiatives, research and analyze multi-market transaction activity to identify and add new accounts to Markets IPS portfolio
• Coordinate with Markets IPS account leads and Legal team to collect client contracts and service agreements, manage Market IPS contracts library
• Coordinate with Markets IPS account leads on distribution of annual client satisfaction survey, administer survey, analyze findings, produce report on results
• Support Marketing team on internal Markets IPS communications and RFP responses
• Provide research and analytic support to produce materials for internal presentations
• Facilitate coordination of routine business activities, contribute on special projects and other miscellaneous initiatives arising in the normal course of business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (local market and national business leadership team)
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Real Estate preferred
• Experience working with multi-market corporate accounts desirable
• 2-3 years in commercial real estate or related field
• Firm understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial modeling
• Strong computer orientation and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word software is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Pivot, Power View, Power BI, SharePoint and Adobe software is a plus
• Proficiency with CoStar, Dealio and CRM Dynamics 365 is desirable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload is a must
