Position Overview

Job Profile
• Executes and oversees personal wealth sales and client relationship management activities. Develops and implements team's business plan, strategies and tactics designed to acquire, expand and retain clients. Establishes and maintains client experience as singular priority in all activities.
• To achieve financial performance objectives, directs the development and implementation of specific market strategy, and leads client acquisition, growth and retention activities.
• Accountable for the team's delivery of an exceptional client experience with a focus on consistently providing actionable insight based on deep discovery with each client. Ensures the team executes on a defined contact strategy and delivers specialized capabilities. Drives strong client commitment and advocacy by overseeing the team's delivery of proactive and responsive service. Serves as senior client experience owner by clearly and decisively leading in all client sales and service activities.
• Collaborates with senior AMG leaders as well as senior leadership across lines of business in the delivery of the client experience and the growth of AMG and PNC, while maintaining adherence to compliance and risk management policies/procedures.
• Recruits, leads, and develops employees in all areas of performance, and communicates PNC and AMG strategy and objectives on an ongoing basis. Collaborates with advisors to identify skill development opportunities and plans. Ensures business and sales acumen in the positioning of AMG products and capabilities.

Required Education and Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
