Description
The Home Lending Solutions Center Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and prospects. The Home Lending Solutions Center Sourcing Specialist will generate sales of home lending products including mortgage, home equity loans and lines of credit through leads and applications obtained through, but not limited to, the retail branch network, internal phone and web referrals and other internal direct to customer campaigns.
The Home Lending Solutions Center Sourcing Specialist will make timely and responsive customer contact and follow up while adhering to all applicable quality and service guidelines. It is expected the call specialist will gain deeper knowledge and understanding of banking industry to handle customer inquiries with increasing complexity. Participation in weekly group discussions to listen to calls and work as a team to overcome common customer objections.
The Home Lending Solutions Center Sourcing Specialist team will work together to test leads, build scripting and make suggestions to improve lead quality. Specialist will be expected to deliver on customer satisfaction targets as well as established department service level agreements.
Qualifications
• Ability to work independently and successfully in a team environment
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in fast environment
• Effective written and verbal communication skills essential
• Capable of delivering results within specified timeframe
• Proficient PC skills, including MS Office experience
• Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLS
• BA /BS degree preferred
• 1 years of sales experience in financial services preferred

Hours per Week: 40
Schedule: Monday-Friday
