Leveraging deep Casualty expertise and client management skills, the successful individual will be a trusted advisor to our most high-profile clients, creating strategies and programs specific to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manages and oversees proposals to existing clients and prospective clients and participates in other important client meetings.
• Works to maintain a near complete understanding of the clients’ business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs and provides advice accordingly to successfully serve clients.
• Utilizes substantial risk expertise and in-depth knowledge of industry and insurance market place to review clients’ exposures and loss experience and develop solutions for complex clients’ needs, including recommending additional products and services as solutions.
• Develops, presents, and oversees the execution of renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives across all zones where product, industry or account criteria dictate.
• Builds and maintains relationships with clients to ensure that their complex risk management needs are appropriately met.
• Oversees the production of client deliverables and delivering the final placement to the client to ensure the quality of these materials.
• Engages in independent senior-level client interaction and demonstrates expertise in problem solving, areas of coverage and client relationships.
• Serves as a thought leader within the Company and maintains an in depth knowledge of changing risk and insurance market conditions.
• Trains, mentors and oversees performance management for a department or small unit, coordinates and oversees workload of team members and ensures team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
Qualifications
• Experience managing large, complex clients
• Deep technical knowledge of Casualty insurance programs
• Broker License
• Bachelor’s Degree
