PGIM Operations & Systems
PGIM Operations & Systems provides the operations and technology support that contributes to PGIM being a world-class investment manager. We supply transaction-level support, generate and report investment results and ensure that our investment results are accurately reflected on our books and records.
As an Associate Manager within PGIM Operations, you will have the opportunity to interact with numerous internal partners to include Asset Management, Workplace Solutions, Individual Solutions, and International Insurance as well as PGIM Strategy, PGIM Marketing, PGIM Finance, Prudential Client Management (PCM), and the Institutional Relationship Group (IRG).
You will be heavily involved in Assets Under Management & Administration (AUM&A) reporting for Prudential Financial and PGIM. The AUM&A reporting function collects over $1.6 trillion in assets monthly. The portfolio and client level data collected is needed to support PGIM and PFI AUM, Key Account Reporting, Regulatory AUM for Forms ADV and PF, as well as Marketing and Strategy initiatives within PGIM. Your responsibilities will vary from month end AUM production support to participating in the various projects that impact AUM outlined below. You will be held accountable for PGIM AUM Survey support which includes data collection, aggregation, online survey data input, obtaining Business Unit Finance agreement and sign off, as well as obtaining approvals from Investor Relations and PGIM Compliance. On an ongoing basis, you will actively identify and implement workflow improvements for the entire AUM&A reporting process.
Responsibilities:
• You will assist with current and future project initiatives including:
• Playing a key role in the AUM&A Database redesign project
• Partnering with Finance on their Forecast Redesign Project
• Collaborate with PGIM Investments to improve their AUM database feed
• Integrate AUM data into Sales Force for both PCM and IRG consumption
• Conduct ongoing data integrity for the AUM&A database in conjunction with the seven PGIM asset managers as well as all of Prudential Financial (Workplace Solutions, Individual Solutions, and International Insurance)
• Implementation of new fields or valid values in the AUM&A database per the direction of the PGIM Data Management group
• Independently prioritize and run various workstreams
• Potential for management of one or more staff members
Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with a major in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting preferred
• Do you have 5 -10 years of investment operations, financial reporting, or accounting experience?
• Deep understanding of various investment security types
• Strong partnering and interpersonal skills
• Can you demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel?
• Do you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills?
• Proven strength analyzing financial data
• Experience with data warehouses/reporting
• PGIM knowledge and/or experience a plus
• Previous knowledge of and/or experience with Sales Force preferred
• Experience using Cognos, Tableau, or any similar reporting tool a plus
• Adept at organizing/prioritizing tasks and working in a deadline oriented environment
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Have the ability to multi-task/juggle multiple assignments and meet deadlines?
• You excel at directing a team or working independently
