As a Senior Quantitative Analyst
, responsibilities include:
• Develop, maintain and improve daily, weekly and monthly reporting packages that enable the company to track financial and business metrics including revenue, risk exposure, salesperson productivity, and other ad hoc reporting as required.
• Automate and streamline existing reporting, data aggregation, and data transfer processes.
• Develop BI dashboards used throughout the company and help administer the company’s BI platform.
• Develop new reporting tools to increase efficiency and maintain data integrity.
• Various ad hoc reporting and analysis for senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years experience in banking, accounting or finance related field.
• Basic understanding of mortgage banking in particular secondary marketing functions.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to build complex queries.
• Experience with automating routine tasks and scheduling jobs using Autosys, Windows Task Scheduler, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of ETL process design is preferred.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Microsoft Access.
◦ Ability to write and edit complex formulas in Microsoft Excel.
◦ Strong VBA knowledge is preferred.
◦ Ability to create and maintain reporting files and queries using Microsoft Access.
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent people / relationship building skills.
• Strong research, investigative, analytical, and creative skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive or difficult situations.
