The Client Advisor identifies, engages, acquires, and retains high net worth clients and prospects in wholistic wealth management planning. Client Advisors are the primary relationship manager for the Bank's most valuable individual clients and families, developing strategic advice and coordinating the product offerings and activities of FCB specialists. This role advises on all Wealth products, and develops revenue producing opportunities in multiple product lines (banking, brokerage, trust, life insurance, property and causality insurance, financial planning, and mortgages).
Principal Accountabilities:
Client Acquisition / Business Development: Identifies and attracts new clients to the Bank's wealth offerings through direct prospecting efforts, client referrals, and by partnering with bank associates. Builds and cultivates strategic partnerships with centers of influence.
Strategic Advice: Engages prospects and clients through professional, advice delivery-driven approaches. Provides high quality advice through effective profiling and the development of strategic, comprehensive, and long-range plans to achieve the financial needs and goals of high net worth prospects and clients. Identifies appropriate products, services, and solutions to implement WM strategies. Engages and other WM product specialists to provide ongoing services and products as the needs of clients evolve / change.
Relationship Management: Acts as the principle point of contact and advocate for high net worth prospects and clients. Maintains current knowledge and awareness of client circumstances, conditions, and overall relationship with the Bank to develop and implement personalized, comprehensive and long-range wealth plans to ensure client satisfaction while enhancing growth and profitability through diversified revenue streams.
Client Experience: Develops and executes a high-touch, client-centric experience based on strategic advice delivery to maintain and expand existing client relationships. Represents the full services offering which includes investments, banking, financial planning, insurance, and Trust services.
Collaboration: Fosters effective partnerships with bank stakeholders to support Wealth Management's high net worth segment approach. Engages and partners with specialists from the broader WM team to coordinate the delivery of strategic wealth management products and services to high net worth clients.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in acquiring clients, gathering assets, and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice.

High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years experience in acquiring clients, gathering assets and providing comprehensive banking and financial planning advice.
Series 7, 65/66 licenses.
State-specific Life and Health insurance license.
Must be eligible for federal registration and annual renewal as required by the SAFE Act.
Strong interpersonal and communication (oral, written, presentation) skills.
Team player / collaborative.
Self-starter; drives to succeed.
Relationship / client focused.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Long Term Care license.
