Customer Service Representative – Customer Care Center
Zurich is currently looking for full-time Customer Care Professionals who will be responsible for effectively processing first notice of loss claims for all lines of business through telephone.
After completing a formal training class, you will be part of a dynamic team answering calls, investigating and resolving customer inquiries, providing accurate information and making decisions with the customer as the focus.
This opportunity will begin with a 5 week training class.
Training hours - 8am- 5pm for the first two weeks.

After Training- We ask that you are flexible to work as early as 6am and as late as 6pm and must be able to show regular predictable attendance.
**Due to the importance of the training we are asking all new hires not to take anytime off during the first 6 weeks of training**

Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent and No prior experience required in the Clerical Support area
OR
• Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Clerical Support area
AND
• 6 months or more of customer service experience
• Data entry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 months call center experience
• Bilingual- preferably Spanish
• Strong data entry skills and the ability to type 32 WPM or more.
• Insurance knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Windows based operating systems and Microsoft office.
• Strong comprehension skills, professional demeanor, solid oral & written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and solid problem solving skills

Class 2
• Start Date: June 18,2018
• Interview Dates: 05/17-05/18/2018
• Assessment Dates: 05/14-05/16/2018
• Phone interview dates: Last day will be scheduled no later than 05/13/2018
Class 3
• Start Date: July 09, 2018
• Interview Dates: 06/29/2018
• Assessment Dates: 06/28/2018
• Phone interview dates: Last day will be scheduled no later than 06/27/2018
