The Consumer Lending Site Experience Manager is responsible for the delivery and execution of our unsecured lending sites, to include the overall prospect experience, day-to-day prospect site management, and of digital content governance. This role creates the roadmap for our online customer experience and the ability of the .com assets to drive revenue with a strategic focus of improving KPIs and driving acquisition online.
Major Responsibilities:
• With a user-first mindset, understand the needs, wants and challenges of our digital audiences.
• Be actively involved with the Consumer Lending content management platform strategic roadmap for the .com channel.
• Develop strategic test and learn roadmap that delivers continuous improvement.
• Work with a team of web content specialists and vendors that is chartered with maintaining all website and mobile content, as well as developing and implementing digital promotions, campaigns, and projects in support of all lines of business across the enterprise.
• Work closely with Marketing team to create and update digital content in the content management system, monitoring quality of content on the live sites, and troubleshooting or escalating issues.
• Evaluate current digital content management procedures, oversee process for content reviews and audits with line of business marketing strategists while ensuring all pages are reviewed and on schedule.
• Prepare and manage to the division budget and each unique project budget.
• Bring web analytical vigor to the with the objective of driving an enhanced customer experience and data that will enable business units to maximize the .com channel.
• Bring a focus on testing, research, and long-term planning for the website.
• Establish both ongoing and ad-hoc reporting to ensure the website is constantly being updated to meet the needs of users while consistently growing it’s capability as a revenue source.
Qualifications
• 7+ years relevant digital production in web & mobile site production, SEO, and analytics.
• Previous experience developing strategic delivery of an large and multifaceted website with customer experience as a main focus.
• Experience working with a team of digital production resources, including developers, designers, and content editors, in a client service setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the web and mobile site development processes, technologies and standards, as well as creative and marketing strategies and processes.
• Ability to interact with partners at all levels in Marketing, Compliance, Product Management, eCommerce, and ITG, as well as agency and vendor partners.
