Job Description
The Client Services Specialist plays an extensive role with handling both back office duties as well as client facing. The Client Services Specialist reports to the Operations Manager and works directly with the Financial Advisors. With responsibility for the day to day office details, the Specialist helps ensure clients have a seamless experience. The position is in Glendale, Arizona.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Client Services Specialist will perform the following duties:
• Direct all phone calls from all four offices.
• Welcoming Clients in for their appointment.
• Scheduling Client post appointment for follow up appointments.
• Processes new client applications.
• Process meeting notes/post meeting applications.
• Process mail log.
• Handles client life events such as marriage, divorce, death.
• Handles year end processing especially RMDs.
• Handles miscellaneous administrative activities.
• Maintains written systems of all activities.
Required Qualifications
Requires:
• Open minded and an exceptional client service orientation.
• A strong focus on getting the details right.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• An ability to work in an open area.

Qualifications:
• Work experience 2-3 years of work experience required. Detailed oriented. Financial services preferred.
• Education 4 year of degree in related field preferred. High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technological proficiency Microsoft, have intuitive mindset for learning new online systems.
• Job-based competencies: must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working directly with clients and processing forms.
