JLL is seeking to hire an experienced Capital Markets Investment Sales professional to assist in growing our institutional office platform in the greater Denver market. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of institutional office investment sales, generating new business and fostering existing relationships. The prospective candidate will partner closely with our regional Investment Sales Managing Director and work alongside peers in Denver, Houston and Dallas.
Primary Responsibilities
• Key aptitude to include sales/marketing skills to lead new business development efforts related to developing and building strategic client relationships.
• Collaborates with the regional Managing Director to develop concise plan for growing the Office Investment Sales platform.
• Foster relationships with existing and prospective institutional clients.
• Create powerful proposals and execute convincing presentations to achieve new business.
• Creates, negotiates and executes contracts with clients.
• Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work planning capabilities.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance or Real Estate
• Minimum of 10 years working in Real Estate Investment Sales, office experience preferred
• Colorado Real Estate License required
Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrable success in high level sales production.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners.
