Summary: The Case Entry Administrative Assistant’s main job task is to enter new assignments into Litigation Solutions, LLC’s proprietary database.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, Compile and sort documents for data entry into proprietary database
• Communicate with clients, LS Operations Managers & Marketers in regards to case information
• Scan documents into document management systems or databases
• Update data when necessary
• Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
• Check completed work for accuracy
• Comply with data integrity and security policies
• Case intake via phone / email from clients
• Provide clients with Final Reports, Invoices etc.
• In addition to any other administrative tasks needed by the department

Skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
• Excellent customer service
• Computer literacy to include Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Mozilla/Firefox and proprietary databases
Experience/Education
• Work experience preferred
