Description
Position Goals:
Provide sales and technical support to clients, Cash Management and Merchant Services team through specialization in product knowledge. Assist with operational activities in order for new business to be acquired and existing relationships strengthened.
Direct Management Received:
Under the general guidance of the Treasury Management Sales Associate II, and the Director, Treasury Management & Merchant Processing Sales

None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide sales and service support directly to external clients, Cash Management and Merchant Services sales officers in a timely fashion.
2. Accompany Cash Management Sales Officers on calls to gain client knowledge and build rapport.
3. Serve as a liaison to clients to facilitate a thorough and successful service delivery process.
4. Perform routine maintenance on accounts: i.e.: Online Banking addition of accounts and Work Around Requests.
5. Resolve swiftly both routine and complex issues and questions from clients regarding business products.
6. Perform client relationship reviews on an annual basis to ensure proper pricing and identify cross-sell opportunities.
7. Conduct annual ACH/Remote Deposit Capture reviews and submit findings as required.
8. Conduct quarterly ACH over limit reviews and follow up as appropriate.
9. Assist with gathering information and preparing general proposals and Requests for Proposals.
10. Provide clear and tailored client training and implementation assistance both virtually and on site.
11. Complete documentation and on-boarding forms for new and/or existing cash management services.
12. Assist with the Remote Deposit Capture annual survey process.
13. Compile new account documentation for Enhanced Due Diligence forms.
14. Assist with merchant services boarding of documents to Elavon.
15. Facilitate calls with Trustwave and merchant services clients for Payment Card Industry compliance.
16. Review monthly merchant services reports (Closed Reports/PCI Non-Compliance/Monthly Revenue, No DDA Report).
17. Perform monthly special pricing review for cash management clients.
18. Generally less than 20% of travel required.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Education - High School diploma or GED.
Experience - Over one (1) through three (3) years of financial institution experience or related.
Other - Must have a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Requirements:
Associates degree.
