Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Private Wealth Associate II is to deliver an exceptional client experience to our most valued customers by providing administrative and operations support to assigned sales officers within the Private Wealth Management division.
The support is based on specialty area, such as: Trust Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Private Bankers, Wealth Advisors or Regional Managers. The day-to-day support is contingent upon the specialty area and will focus on providing personalized and tailored interaction as needed.
Specific duties vary based on specialty area and include activities such as: Opening of new accounts; preparing all account documents, loan document entry and application support, reports, and correspondence; preparing and delivering customer analysis, reports and communications, producing high quality client presentations, using a variety of complex systems to research, gather, respond to questions, etc.
Respond to complex customer service problems, questions, and escalated issues from internal and external sources in a professional and timely manner. Promote client services in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the image contributing to growth while following Bank policy. Actively engages with the client to uncover their needs. Responds to client requests with a sense of urgency or sets reasonable expectations.
Accountable for all Officer/area¿s administrative needs including but not limited to; monthly expense reports, travel arrangements, coordinating client meetings and events, filing and record maintenance, etc. May require managing assigned sales officer's calendar; schedule appointments, organize and plan meetings, maintain appropriate follow up.
Build positive relationships with coworkers and clients conducive to obtaining referrals and new business generation. Responsible for all documentation required to meet compliance standards and Bank regulations. Requires complying with all applicable laws, rules and regulations such as CIP, Reg 9, and document management/ retention policies contingent on area supported.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
-High School education or equivalent
-2 + years administrative support, financial services, or customer service experience
Preferred Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• If role is for Private Banking Specialty: then prefer 2+ years retail or HNW banking experience
Minimum Knowledge and Skills
-Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills
-Highly motivated self starter with the ability to determine priorities, plan, organize, and follow through on assignments
-Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work produced
-Demonstrates ability to be highly organized and efficient and able to manage multiple priorities
--Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday: 8:30 am-5:30pm
