Job Purpose:
As part of the AdvantEdge Analytics (AeA) leadership team, this position will lead, define, and execute the delivery and implementation of products and services, lead business operations including transformation office and coordinate functional areas services including legal, finance and HR & Talent for our AdvantEdge Analytics business.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate product and services delivery and implementation activities and establish standardized and scalable processes to ensure high quality implementations
• Build a high-performing delivery, execution and customer support team that effectively delivers widespread adoption and usage of AEA solutions across customer organizations (internal CMG businesses and external CU partners).
• Develop reusable assets to enable deliver, execution and customer support at scale (e.g., playbooks, standardized processes) across products.
• Develop and establish new add-on execution services (e.g., digital marketing, call center support)
• Collaborate with business and executive leaders to translate strategic direction into a series of actionable deliverables to achieve both short-term and long-term AeA goals and objectives.
• Oversee AeA Business Operations and functions including Legal and Finance; be accountable for all AeA processes and for project execution, financial impact, and benefit attainment
• Lead the hiring process across AeA
• Work with communications team to drive the communication strategy (proactive, reactive, and feedback processes) to broad set of key stakeholders e.g., board of directors, CMG executive team, other CMG/AEA stakeholders
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor s Degree in business, technology or related field. MBA Preferred
• 15+ years of experience effectively leading large, complex programs with significant change impact, multiple dependencies within and across organizational boundaries
• Excellent knowledge of business operations and developing client relationships at the executive level
• Strong understanding of project implementations, project structure and life-cycle and best practice standards and tools
• Demonstrated ability to achieve positive results through influence, negotiation and change management
• Demonstrated ability to assess situations, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of tasks, and change focus quickly as demands change
