We are hiring a Recruiter within our Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities in your area will include:
• Utilize sourcing techniques to attract the highest quality of candidates and build a consistent candidate pool.
• Pre-screen resumes, screen candidates, and assist in hiring decision.
• Follow established staffing processes consistently.
Who Are We Looking for?
Our ideal candidate for this role needs to:
• Establish effective recruiting strategies and identify creative recruiting methods to source the most qualified candidates.
• Follow all staffing processes to ensure consistency.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers and interface with all levels of management in order to meet requirement needs.
• Assess the degree to which candidates meet the necessary requirements for each position through interviewing.
• Facilitate entire interview process by managing all parties involved, including the candidate and the hiring managers - ensure adherence to all state and federal laws, and company policies.
• Consult with hiring manager (and other interviewers) on each candidate and offer helpful insight to assist hiring manager in making final candidate selection.
• Solicit feedback from hiring managers concerning “satisfaction level” and adjust performance/staffing strategy according to the feedback to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Maintain necessary files covering applications, interview documents, and other pertinent hiring documentation.
• Ensure positive applicant experience throughout the hiring process.
Position Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of recent recruitment experience.
• Previous experience with behavioral based interviewing, pre-employment tests, and other innovative selection methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment law.
• Remain compliant with our policies, processes and legal guidelines
• Work onsite at the required Credit Acceptance work location
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with high volume recruitment and selection of salaried and hourly positions, ideally in a sales or Call Center/Collections environment.
• Experience with Taleo, Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems.

Required degrees must have been earned at institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
