This role is responsible for successful client implementation, onboarding and solution delivery of the CareCertainty offerings including MemberMatch, Care Coordination Manager and Clinical Data Clearinghouse.
Key activities include leading and owning the implementation, facilitating workflow designs, meeting timelines for launch dates, and training both remotely and onsite. Ideal candidate will be flexible and engaged in the contribution to product methodology and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects at different stages while making good decisions on an ongoing basis in addition to handling client concerns
• Lead and manage implementations
• Create rules-driven workflows that support the client’s objectives
• Effectively communicate with internal development and technical support staff to resolve issues; bridge gap between non-technical user perspective and technical IT perspective Assist in designing, writing and implementing test plans to assist customer user acceptance testing
• Accountable for understanding how CareCertainty platform functions
• Accountable for ensuring highest degree of client satisfaction
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Experience with clinical and/or workflow intensive implementations
• Ability to capture clinical workflows and document in flow charts and translate to a rules-driven requirement document
• Knowledge of value-based care, care coordination and/or clinical workflows desired
• Comfortable working with new solutions(early in their lifecycle)
• Effective communications skills to work directly with clients, sales, and the technical staff
• Ability to program-manage large complex multi-dimensional projects
• Ability to multi-task and work well within a rapidly changing environment
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Strong project management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Bachelor´s degree in health or other related field: in Lieu of degree 6-8 years of Care Coordination or related experience
• 6-8 years of related experience
