Job Description
CyberSource, a Visa company, is a world leader in e-commerce payment processing, risk management and security capabilities. CyberSource is launching innovative new products in the payment space. CyberSource partners with merchant acquirers around the globe to provide integrated merchant acceptance solutions to merchants of all sizes.
The Product Manager of Authentication Services is responsible for the management and direction of CyberSource’s Authentication solutions including: 3D-Secure and how it interacts with CyberSource’s payment and risk solutions.

It will be essential to ensure the business fully supports authentication solutions through all possible channels to meet changing regional requirements. Your responsibilities will also involve driving strategic initiatives and reporting progress to senior executives.

qualities for success in this role. You will heavily focus on partnership with product development to deliver breakthrough results. Then, evangelizing those results within the company for the benefit of customers. Above all, this person intrinsically is a champion for authentication and promote its usage internally and its customers.
• Strategy, executing plans and delivering Authentication products will be your primary responsibility.
• Are you able to construct, propose and sell a robust vision for all products belonging to the Suite and evangelize that product vision?
• Do you collaborate with Technical Product Management teams to author technical requirements for new authentication products? As well as, provide support to prioritize bugs and improvements to
existing solutions?
• It's crafting comprehensive business plans including: competitive landscape, SWOT, market potential (by region), customer and financial targets, distribution opportunities, potential partner relationships, operational support, marketing and communication plans and expense identification.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand market needs, opportunities, competitive landscape, distribution/partnership opportunities and win/loss data. Participate in strategic sales meetings to
galvanize support for selling more authentication solutions (Traditional, and Rules Based) while providing updates on new development activities, features/functions, program activities, vision, etc.
• Support tailored authentication initiatives and strategy for the European market and OBOs.
• Become the “face” of within the industry, Visa, the merchant and acquirer communities as well as internally by representing our vision, our expertise, our capabilities and our market leadership position.
• We are looking for partnership with Marketing on programs for selling the solutions and for lead generation activities including; webinars, whitepapers, and research. Your task will be to identify
key partners and vendors, either business or technical, and lead relationship management and contract negotiation.
Qualifications
• 7+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Development Management or related role.
• Ability to present information effectively to executives, conveying technical information to non-technical audiences, and communicating needs with business sponsors and technical organizations.
• Consumer authentication, including 2nd factor, 3D-Secure 1.0 and 2.0 and differences between regional and card brand implementation knowledge is desired.
• Conceptual knowledge of Card Not Present fraud including, statistical models, rule based fraud detection, chargeback mitigation and impact to card processing - is helpful.
• Knowledge of tokenization and its interrelationship with fraud prevention tools. Knowledge of PSD2 and other regional privacy directives.
• Experience handling the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a SaaS based solution. Agile development environment experience a strong plus
